At the FIAT manufacturing plant, vehicles equipped with LPG engines need to be fueled up once they have left the assembly line in order to test for full functionality prior to being shipped to dealers. The issue with this is that for proper shipping, storage and sales the fuel tanks must once again be drained. IRIS-MEC re-engineered their MRG unit to address this in a way where its use was easily documented and these units are now in use at all FIAT manufacturing plants.
