In February 2016 Meridionale Impianti and Recycling Partners installed the new Engine Crusher T-Break at BMW. With this machine you can press and destroy engines and other aggregates to become able to separate different materials.

Engines, gear boxes and other things (generators, starters, wheels, ….) will be destroyed by a hydraulic cylinder. Not flexible materials as aluminum are breaking and can be separated. So this material will no longer go in cheaper mixed scrap. Additionally TBreak makes sure, that all operated aggregates are really destroyed. Everybody can see that there is nothing usable at the end.
